Decommission a Ship

All [[commissioned]] ships are required to meet certain levels of participation to maintain their commission. - | A ship that has failed to post an RP session log in 4 consecutive weeks shall have its [[captain]] and [[executive officer]] receive [[notice of reprimand]]. Should that ship fail to post an RP session long in the next 2 weeks both the captain and executive officer shall receive a formal [[reprimand]] in their [[service jackets]] and shall be placed on [[notice of removal from command]].
