A ship can be voluntarily decommissioned if all her officers and crew no longer wish to serve aboard the ship.  [[Notice of resignation]] should be posted to the [[ships forum]].  The resignations must be unanimous.  A single remaining crewman shall have 8 weeks to post an [[RP session logs|RP session log]] to keep the ship before the involuntary decommissioning protocol goes into effect.
