+Kira Crannock is a Bajoran who lived during the Cardassian Occupation. When both of parents were killed in the Occupation, she became a resistance fighter.  She was tired of he fighting and using weapons to solve problems so she became a diplomat when the Occupation ended.  It was while she was on the USS Sentinal being transported to negotiate peace talk when the transwarp drive that was just installed on the ship blew throwing her and the ship she was on from the year 2415 to 2528.
