Any UFGQ:SF Officer may retire their commission from UFGQ. If you have any comments do not put them in here. Format your Notecard like this YYMMDD - UFGQ:SF Retirement - Full Name. If written out on form '''IT WILL BE ERASED''' no if ands or buts. Put them on a notecard and attach it to the Retirement Note Card. If you retire you may return at any time with full rank reinstatement. You will have to go through the academy if you decide to return. If you part in bad terms your service record will reflect that. Also Command has the right to reject your retirement. So please attach your Comment notecard to this so that we may fully understand why you are retiring.
